How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days, and orders ship from either our Florida or New York location. All orders are sent via Standard Free Shipping, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of fulfillment, depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped either standard DHL, USPS, or UPS Ground.

How do I track my order?
Tracking is easy! Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to track your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
If your package hasn’t arrived, first check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you're unable to locate it or have issues with the tracking, please email us at info@innovativemedicine.com with your name and order number, and we’ll be happy to assist.
